Purpose

Interactive training to train your internal trainer/champion on key functions and features of HubSpot as well as any custom processes identified during your CRM Design sessions.

Outcomes & Outputs:

  • Your internal Trainer can setup and on-train other members of your Team
  • Any final changes and tweaks to the configuration are captured

Length & Facilities

Allow 4 hours for this session 

If we are doing this session at your location we will need:

  • Access to the presentation room 15m prior to the session to setup
  • A projector or screen to present on with HDMI or Universal Connector (if your screen does not support these formats please let us know prior to the session)
  • Access to WiFi (please send us details prior to the session)

Your team will need to bring:

  • A laptop connected to WiFi
  • Login details for Email and Calendar (i.e. Google Account/Gmail or Outlook)
  • Ability to install extensions if using Outlook desktop
  • HTML version of your Signature

If we are doing this session online each attendee will need:
  • Two screens connected to the presentation (one of these should be muted):
    • A screen to watch the presentation (could be a mobile or tablet if you do not have a secondary screen connected to your PC)
    • A screen to complete the training tasks, recommended that this is a laptop screen or larger
  • Access to the Internet from both screens
  • Login details for Email and Calendar (i.e. Google Account/Gmail or Outlook)
  • Ability to install extensions if using Outlook desktop
  • HTML version of your Signature
  • Test the link and let us know if you have any challenges prior to the session

Who typically attends these sessions

1-3 Absolute Maximum - we will not continue the session if more than 3 people turn up as it is highly disruptive and we will not be able to deliver to the purpose of the session.
Internal stakeholders/champions who will be responsible for setting up and on-training their team. 
These sessions are limited to 3 client attendees and assume an existing knowledge of the CRM project and existing buy-in to the project.

H&D Facilitator

Typically these sessions are facilitated by the Project Lead + Sales/ Marketing Design Configurator on Your Project.
