If you upload documents to a KB Article - does the search function search the pdfs or just the article?
Unfortunately not. To attach a document to a Knowledgebase Article you have to upload the document to File Manager and then create a link to a document within the article. However, the search function won't search the PDF or even the original name of the document - only what is written in the article.
